PROJECTS
Located in Praça da Corujeira, Porto, this residential building comprises 11 apartments designed to maximise natural light and the relationship with the surrounding landscape.
The white brick façade gives the volume a contemporary and restrained character, while the interiors combine material clarity and spatial openness to create calm, light-filled living spaces.
The project converts the existing roof space into a one-bedroom apartment, ensuring continuity with the surrounding built context.
A modest roof raise aligns the ridge with the neighbouring building, while east- and west-facing dormers introduce natural light and ventilation through a restrained architectural intervention.
This 2,317 m² residential building on Rua de Faria Guimarães, Porto, comprises 39 modern apartments. Its distinctive green façade, formed by continuous planted planters, brings vegetation into the urban environment, softening the building’s presence.
Generous windows, private terraces and balconies maximise natural light and connect interiors to the surrounding city, creating a vibrant and inviting living experience.
